The Panthers are amongst the handful of teams scheduled to hold a top-30 visit with Texas A&M University linebacker Edgerrin Cooper, Ryan Fowler of Bleacher Report reported.
He will also visit the Dallas Cowboys, Green Bay Packers, Houston Texans, Los Angeles Chargers, Philadelphia Eagles and Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Cooper played four seasons in College Station. He racked up 205 total tackles, 8.5 sacks, two interceptions and two forced fumbles.
The Panthers would land a top talent in Cooper. He was among the elite linebackers at the combine in the raw measurables.
Now, the Panthers have an opportunity to whoo him with a meeting showing their interest.
