The New York Jets are unhappy with one of their former wide receivers.
On Wednesday, it was reported by SNYtv's Connor Hughes that the Jets believe Mecole Hardman leaked the team's game plans to the Kansas City Chiefs and Philadelphia Eagles before games last October while he was still with New York.
While he has insisted that no rules were broken, it seems one of his former teammates isn't so sure. And he made sure to voice his frustration on X, formally known as Twitter, with one simple word.
On April 21, 2013, Hardman wrote, "People say don't snitch ? Ion see it like that . ! If your life on the line im telling on everybody .. !"
Sauce Gardner resurfaced that tweet, simply writing, "lol" above it.
Prior to the 2023 season, Hardman signed a one-year deal with the Jets, but lasted only six weeks before he was traded back to the Chiefs. And those six weeks were not good.
So there is clearly some bad blood. And Gardner is more than willing to put Hardman on blast after these claims came out.
