The Houston Texans started Day 1 of the legal tampering period by missing out on all of the huge names. Fans were upset, and, it makes a bit of sense. They were upset that the team with $70 million in cap space to start the offseason hadn't really done anything worth moving the needle.

According to Adam Schefter of ESPN, star edge rusher Danielle Hunter plans to sign with the Texans.
After losing Jonathan Greenard to the Minnesota Vikings, the Texans basically swapped players, but they only got one that's a bit more expensive, but that's because he's better.
The Texans and the Pro Bowl edge rusher have agreed to terms on a two-year deal worth up to $51 million, with $48 million guaranteed.
