While most fans have their eyes on the top players in the 2024 NFL Draft class, teams are looking for the potential diamond in the rough prospects.

And the Indianapolis Colts are getting a closer look at Marshall offensive lineman Dalton Tucker.

Tucker's calling card is fairly simple: he's a massive human at 6'7" and 320 lbs. He spent most of his time last season at RG and was occasionally kicked out to RT. He started all 13 games for the Thundering Herd and played all 752 offensive snaps.

He's older than the typical rookie, having just turned 24. He only spent one college season as a full-time starter. While he played both guard and tackle at Marshall, his skill set best projects as a guard at the NFL level.

He is currently projected to go undrafted, which may lead some to question why the Colts would bring him in for a visit. But it's important to remember that the Colts have had a solid track record of finding undrafted rookie free agents who go on to earn impactful roles on their roster.
