It is now official. 

The Los Angeles Rams have hired Sean Desai and Jerry Schuplinski as Senior Assistant coaches, the team announced Friday. 

Desai recently served as defensive coordinator for the Philadelphia Eagles. Before his time in Philadelphia, he served as associate head coach and defensive assistant for the Seattle Seahawks.

Schuplinski spent the last two seasons on the Las Vegas Raiders coaching staff, initially as a senior offensive assistant coach in 2022 before being named tight ends coach in 2023.

With the hire, the Rams coaching staff is rounded out. 

Additionally, on Friday, the Rams received the official listing of where they will be picking in the 2024 NFL Draft, slated for April 25 to April 27. 

With a revamped coaching staff, ahead of the Rams are rebuilding a roster that was surprisingly competitive during the 2023 NFL regular season.
