The New Orleans Saints will battle the Tennessee Titans in Week 1. One major injury concern has arisen over the past few weeks for the Saints. Star cornerback Marshon Lattimore has a minor knee injury.
Saints head coach Dennis Allen gave an update on his status for Week 1. Allen says that he expects Lattimore to play against the Titans.
That's huge news for New Orleans. The Saints will have to deal with star wideout DeAndre Hopkins in Week 1, and that challenge would have been much different without their best CB.
Now, fans can take a deep breath. Hopefully, Lattmore will be at full strength to start the season as well.
Alontae Taylor is expected to start in the slot for the Saints, and Paulson Adebo will be the starter outside alongside Lattimore.
