As nice as the start of the season being here for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers is, it feels like a dark cloud has been surrounding the franchise for the past few weeks.

The news that Ryan Jensen will miss another full season and is likely done with football hurts, and going into another injury-riddled season is not an exciting prospect for the Buccaneer franchise after the one that just happened.

Regardless, injuries don't wait for anyone and never wait for the right time, and it seems like the Bucs are getting even unluckier (if that was possible) with some concerns arising around Cody Mauch and his availability for Sunday.

This is the last thing Buccaneers fans wanted to see happen to an already-questionable offensive line.

With holes at basically every position but left tackle, Baker Mayfield and this offense are going to be in an extremely difficult position come the opening whistle.

The Bucs can scheme around this to some degree, but it is obvious that the game plan would have to shift dramatically if Mauch is officially ruled out for Sunday.

Buccaneers fans need to cross their fingers and hope that this isn't another situation that falls unfavorably.
