The Buffalo Bills were heated in practice and it spilled over to the locker room.

I previously wrote about the skirmish between Tyrel Dodson, Spencer Brown, and the team which resulted in Dodson throwing his helmet as players gathered for a heated exchange.

Tempers are flaring as the team is inching closer to the week one matchup against the New York Jets. Ultimately, getting into heated exchanges is good as it builds competition and allows the team to get closer through conflict resolution.

Allen, after the fight at practice, spoke to the media. In the background, you can hear players arguing and slamming things before it gets really heated. Allen had to interject, yelling at his teammates from the podium before leaving with a little smile.

Throughout Allen's conversation, you can hear tempers rising before ultimately reaching a fever pitch at the end of his interview. Josh Allen screamed "Hey" before smiling at the camera and the video cutting out.

This team wants to win a Super Bowl, and having some heated moments are just part of that. From Stefon Diggs's sideline encounter with Josh Allen during the playoff loss to the Cincinnati Bengals to the earlier skirmish at practice to even last season when Josh Allen got bumped in practice after a touchdown and a fight ensued, it's part of the game.

With just one word, Allen showed his leadership and what he means to the roster. You can hear the players immediately stop their argument once Allen interjected, an elite ability from your franchise quarterback.

Here's hoping they can put all of this beside them, stop freaking swinging helmets near the franchise quarterback, and use it to fuel them for a season with expectations for a Super Bowl.

Play nice, come on.
