The Pittsburgh Steelers released their unofficial depth chart earlier this week, but it was just that…unofficial.

So with the team traveling to Tampa to take on the Bucs' tomorrow, what better time than now to project the Steelers' depth chart, with a special look at one WR trying to make a comeback that Hollywood couldn't even script.

Steelers Preseason 53-man Depth Chart Projection

I have Hakeem Butler as the last receiver on the roster, sliding into the sixth WR spot. There is a chance Pittsburgh only carries five wideouts, but I think Butler is starting to carve out a role with the team, and presents a body type and skillset that evades the rest of the WR corps.

To go from being a considerable draft prospect, to out of the league entirely, making plays in the XFL, and then parlaying that into a return with the organization known for developing wide receivers…

That's a dream that he hopes soon becomes reality.
