The New Orleans Saints keep doing their thing when it comes to fixing their interior defensive line.
On top of signing free agents Khalen Saunders and Nathan Shepherd, they have re-signed veteran defensive tackle Malcolm Roach to a one-year deal.
Roach went undrafted in 2020 out of the University of Texas.
He's had multiple stints on injured reserve during his career that have stunted his progression a bit. However, provides a nice rotational piece if he can stay healthy.
After losing David Onyemata and Shy Tuttle, defensive tackle looked to be a weak spot for the Saints. Now, it's back to being a solid unit.
