Another year of disrespect for any player who wears the silver and black in Las Vegas. This team finished 6-11, I know that, but they still had some very good players on their team, who consistently made huge plays during the season.

One of those guys is Davante Adams, who was still a top-five receiver in the league, even with a new system, head coach, quarterback stadium, home, etc. He had everything new and was still one of the best to do it in the league.

But, he is being disrespected by Pro Football Focus in their newest top 100 list.

Sam Monson, a PFF writer, has Adams at 19 on the list. Most would think that's good but then you look at some of the names he is behind and it just gets worse.

Adams is the third receiver listed, so he is still looked at as a top-five guy. But, it's the fact that there are still several players who are not better than him, above him.

Here is why PFF has Adams at 19:

"The Raiders and Derek Carr underachieved, but Adams showed why the team brought him over in the offseason, as he finished the regular season with over 1,500 yards, 2.45 yards per route run, and a league-leading 14 touchdowns. Adams was still a dominant force, but it just didn’t propel the Raiders' offense as far forward as they expected it to."

Sauce Gardner, Jason Kelce, Andrew Thomas, Dexter Lawrence, Trent Williams, and Chris Lindstrom are all listed above him. Those guys are great players, some of the best in this league.

But I have to say, if you were asked who would you rather have on your team between Adams and those guys, I think most people would say, Adams. In fact, I think PFF would even say, Adams. So it just kind of baffles me.

But, hey, let's hope Adams sees this and uses it as fuel for next season.
