The Denver Broncos have had a busy Thursday, to say the least.
After bringing Vance Joseph on board as the new defensive coordinator and Joe Lombardi to their offensive staff, the Broncos have also hired former quarterback Davis Webb to be their quarterback's coach.
Webb was a third-round pick of the New York Giants in 2017. He had short stints with the New York Jets and Buffalo Bills as well before backing up Daniel Jones last season when he went back to the Giants.
Webb doesn't bring a whole lot of prowess from his work on the field seeing as he only played 67 career snaps and totaled a whopping 168 yards and one touchdown. However, six years of NFL experience at the quarterback position gives him some value, and it was enough to land him his first NFL coaching job.
The task at hand for the 28-year-old Webb will be to help Broncos starting quarterback Russell Wilson turn around an offense that ranked 21st in the league and had the seventh most turnovers in 2022.
