The Buffalo Bills have reigned supreme over the division the last few seasons, securing back-to-back-to-back AFC East titles.

With recent moves in the division, Miami landing Jalen Ramsey and now the Jets signing Quincy Williams, things are starting to get increasingly difficult.

With the move for LB Quincy Williams, the Jets are able to keep another piece of their dominant defense, announcing to the world that they're ready to compete.

Tom Pelissero, NFL Insider, broke the news on the Jets. New York and Williams came to terms on a three-year, $18M contract that maxes out at $21M with incentives.

While this move doesn't reset the market, Bills GM Brandon Beane should be taking notes. Beane has made two successful moves so far this busy free agency period, re-negotiating Tim Settle's contract and keeping Matt Milano through 2026.

However, the division knows that bigger moves are going to be underway. Jordan Poyer and Tremaine Edmunds are due for contracts and there have been rumors of Poyer making the move over to Miami.

The Quincy Williams signing for the Jets is a stark reminder of the work the Buffalo Bills need to get done. Other teams are loading up, taking care of some of the more premiere players, and even signing linebackers.

It's uncertain what Buffalo will do with Tremaine Edmunds or Jordan Poyer. However, if both superstars were forced to leave, the gap in the division may be a lot closer than some fans would like to believe.

The Bills have Josh Allen, regardless of how other teams load up the Bills Mafia should still like their chances.
