The Las Vegas Raiders just gave one of their veteran players a new deal.

Ameer Abdullah, a running back on the team last season, just got paid a bit more. Per Aaron Wilson, the Raiders are giving Abdullah a one-year deal.

He caught 25 passes for the Raiders last season and had 211 receiving yards and one receiving touchdown. He played his role as a special teams guy, and every now and then came in as the running back where he was used as a pass catcher out of the backfield.

Abdullah has been in the league for eight years now and has played for four different teams. He played in all 17 games for the Raiders last year but didn't start any. We will be seeing him in the silver and black again next season.
