The NFL has released the first game on the Titans' 2023 schedule
Tennessee now knows its International Opponent for the upcoming campaign.
The NFL's schedule release for the 2023 season is upon us. For Tennessee Titans fans, they now have a date, time and location for at least one of this year's contests.
Tennessee will serve as the home team in London, hosting the Baltimore Ravens at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on October 15.
The Week 6 Titans-Ravens match-up will be the finale for the league's 2023 NFL London Games. The remainder of the NFL's schedule will be released on NFL Network, NFL.com, the NFL app and NFL+ on Thursday, May 11 at 7:00 PM CT.
"We are excited to represent the NFL in London this season," said coach Mike Vrabel via the team's official website. "I really enjoyed our experience during our last visit. The energy in the stadium and the atmosphere surrounding the game was impressive, and I am looking forward to being part of that again."
Tennessee last traveled overseas in 2018, which was Vrabel's first year with the team.
The result was a 20-19 regulation loss to the then San Diego Chargers. Vrabel made a controversial decision with 31 seconds remaining in the game to attempt a go-ahead 2-point conversion for the win instead of kicking an extra point for overtime. Defensive back Adrian Phillips broke up Marcus Mariota's pass, the Titans' second after a defensive penalty on the first attempt gave Tennessee a mulligan.
Registering for tickets is the only way fans can access general admission tickets for the 2023 NFL International Games, according to the league. Registering for tickets will give fans access to the first day of general admission sales only, it does not guarantee tickets, which are subject to availability.
