The Seattle Seahawks are superstar hunting, well, sort of.

It was announced on Friday that the Seahawks invited Jahcour Pearson, an XFL star receiver for the Seattle Dragons, for a tryout.

Pearson, at 5-foot-7 and 180 pounds, led all XFL receivers in receptions (60) and yards (670) in 10 regular season games.

He was a consistent receiver and one of quarterback Ben DiNucci’s favorite targets. And that was with Josh Gordon on the roster.

What is enticing about Pearson is his ability to generate yards and get open, despite his small stature.

It isn't a guarantee that he ends up on the Seahawks roster, but he has the potential to make an NFL team moving forward.

Take a look at his highlights here:

He will be an interesting storyline to follow throughout the offseason.
