NFL teams will take all the help they can get during the offseason. If former players want to get involved, they can normally find a way to do so. Former New Orleans wide receiver Ted Ginn Jr. is doing exactly like that for his former team.

Ginn Jr. is helping out with the offense and the team's WR room during minicamp this week. It is not known if the former NFL wideout will continue to help the team past this week, though.

Regardless, it's a cool gig for Ginn Jr. It's also valuable for the current wide receivers in New Orleans. Ginn Jr. was a fourteen-year veteran in the NFL. He knows a lot about the game, and he was always a great locker room guy in New Orleans.

During his time with the Saints, he totaled 1,417 receiving yards and 8 touchdowns on 100 catches. Ginn Jr. spent three seasons with the Saints towards the end of his NFL career.
