The Bills Mafia, and the entire Bills organization, cannot wait to get Von Miller back on the field.
Miller had missed a good chunk of the season after suffering an ACL tear against the Detroit Lions on Thanksgiving Day. Bills Mafia knows all too well how devastating Thanksgiving can be as the year prior Tre White suffered an ACL injury and was also lost for the season.
Now, with Miller rehabbing and gearing up for the season, he's been vocal with the media about wanting to be back by week one. While that's highly unlikely, Miller is hungry and the fanbase should be excited.
Taking a break from his rehabilitation, Miller hosted the Von Miller Pass Rush Summit in Las Vegas. This is the sixth year of the event and is described as an ongoing mission to share key techniques among the league's pass rushers while simultaneously fostering a sense of brotherhood. Some of the Buffalo Bills included in the summit were Tim Settle, DaQuan Jones, Greg Rousseau, and A.J. Epenesa.
Like he's done so many times in the past, Miller talked with reporters and was able to hype up the entire fanbase, and organization. When speaking on the addition of Leonard Floyd, Miller had a statement that should put the entire league on notice.
Miller opened up on being able to compete with his former teammate once again and what it means for the entire defensive line room. "When I heard the possibility of Leonard Floyd coming to the team I was all onboard for it… Him matched up with Greg Rousseau, Boogie Basham, and A.J (Epenesa)… We have one of the best defensive line rooms in the National Football League."
Von Miller is the ultimate hype man and wants the entire league to know that the defensive line room for the Bills is elite. Floyd being added to the mix is just the cherry on top. Once Miller is able to come back and compete at a high level, it's going to be a nightmare matchup for opposing offenses.
The superstar pass rusher has, once again, riled up the fanbase. We know the Bills Mafia cannot wait to see their team play once again.
