The New Orleans Saints will look quite a bit different in 2023. They have a new quarterback in Derek Carr. The offensive line may have one or two new starters. The defensive line got a big shake-up in the offseason. Some of the depth in the secondary will be new to the squad.
Overall, the team will have to mesh differently this year, and they're already working on the chemistry part of that. According to many players' social medias, they went on a fishing trip together. It looked like quite the time for the Saints players.
There was clearly plenty of content from the trip. The players had a great time, and they deserve it as they have been back to work at practice over the past couple of weeks. Of course, they're trialing on their own during a bulk of the offseason as well.
Getting this free time to bond with teammates could go a long way toward their success the season. The Saints need to bounce back in a massive way this season.
