Despite being a starting quarterback for only five seasons, Kansas City Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes is already a lock for the Hall of Fame and the best player in franchise history.

And he has a great shot at furthering his Hall of Fame resume in 2023 by surpassing Hall of Fame QB Dan Marino for the fifth-most games with 350 passing yards or more and three passing touchdowns or more.

Marino, one of the best signal-callers to ever play the game, threw for 350 yards or more and 3+ touchdowns in 19 career games from 1984-1998. Mahomes already has 17 since 2018.

It's pretty wild, actually. Mahomes is the only quarterback in NFL history to have at least 12 games with 350/3 over the course of the first 80 games of his career. The second-best mark? Well, it's none other than Marino (who's also tied with Andrew Luck) with 11 games.

Mahomes has six more games with 350+ passing yards and three touchdowns. Six. Granted Marino played in a much different era of football, but it's still very impressive to say that the difference between the two greats is more than half of Marino's total.

Since 2018, Mahomes hits the 350/3 mark close to four times per year. He had four games in each season from 2018-2020, finished with two in 2021, and added three more last year.

As long has keeps on pace, he'll pass Marino. He even has a good shot at passing future Hall of Famer Ben Roethlisberger, who has 20 career games of 350+ passing yards and 3+ passing touchdowns.

By the time it's all said and done, don't be surprised if Mahomes owns every single passing record out there.
