There are small tidbits around the NFL draft that always make it more intriguing for everyone involved. On Thursday, the NFL announced which prospects will be in attendance for the draft on night one.

Seventeen prospects will be there in Kansas City.

Annually, these players expect, to a certain degree, to be picked in the first round.

One prospect from this group has caught some eyes since the report.

Georgia Tech edge rusher Keion White is a bit surprising to see in attendance, based on mock drafts. That being said, there are always surprises in the first round. This year may be one of the best examples of that.

It is going to be unpredictable from the very first pick of the first round.

For the New Orleans Saints, they pick 29th in the first round. White does not need to be at the top of their board. He is a high-upside pass rusher that will need plenty of work when he enters the league.

White is projected as more of a day two talent. Some scouts have him in round three or four.

The Saints have always liked his type, though. At 6'5", White is a converted tight end with tons of athleticism at the position. Fans may have to come to terms that the Saints will have some interest in him.

White would make much more sense for them later in the draft if he remains available.
