Philly has already done a good job in free agency by finding ways to keep a lot of important players on the roster and ready to compete, but there has been one loss that will leave a rather large hole.

Despite still having a greeting secondary after his departure, the Eagles are going to feel the loss of C.J. Gardner-Johnson, and finding his replacement through one of the above options has become one of the top priorities for this franchise.

It would be extremely pricey, but a move like this would ensure the Eagles have the best secondary in the NFL by a healthy margin, so is it really a bad idea in the end in an NFL that favors passing the ball?
