Eagles fans are notorious, and they like it that way.

If you asked 100 NFL fans which team has the craziest fans, at least 75 of them would probably say the Eagles. It's not just the Eagles either- the Flyers, Phillies, and 76ers all have reputations as being rambunctious and rowdy. It's a Philly tradition.

Philadelphia is an incredibly tough place to play, and opposing players notice it. Just ask George Kittle, who said as much during an appearance on the Bussin With The Boys podcast.

During the interview, the NFC Championship game was brought up. Naturally, Philadelphia fans were mentioned.

"I love how the fans hate everything about everyone who comes in there," said Kittle. "I don't want every fan to be like that, but it's a wonderful experience when you play there."

BWTB co-host Will Compton mentioned how hostile the environment was.

"So hostile," said Kittle. "They say the meanest things and I just appreciate them for that."

Compton interjected with "even to the women and children," when Kittle mentioned Eagles fans saying mean things.

Perhaps some fanbases would be offended or embarrassed by this conversation. However, this is bulletin board material in Philly. Philly fans wear those types of statements like a badge of honor.

Kittle, to his credit, genuinely seemed to mean what he said about enjoying the Philly experience. Luckily for him, the 49ers are scheduled to visit Philadelphia once again in 2023.

Kittle may need to be careful what he wishes for.
