While many people are hoping for a change in his overall level of play after a disappointing few years, it looks like there will be a slight continuation for the former first-overall pick.
Mayfield is confirmed to keep his same number from where he started his career; six.
This will end up being a slight shift for Mayfield after he wore 17 with the Rams, but the hope is that this will be indicative of a return to the success that Mayfield saw with the Browns during his early years.
If that same guy that helped the Browns win their first game in years makes an appearance in Tampa, the future could be very bright for the Bucs during a time where it was looking very bleak.
