A 14-4 overall season is a good season for most but for the Buffalo Bills have higher aspirations.

In their third-straight season as a true AFC contender, all eyes are on the Bills offense. Lead by elite perennial Pro Bowlers like WR Stefon Diggs and QB Josh Allen.

So what does that say for Offensive Coordinator Ken Dorsey? Has this Buffalo Bills team reached their apex with an offensive play caller that will likely be up for head coaching positions some day?

The offense at the start of 2022 was much more efficient than the second half. Scoring less points and gaining less yards per game following the midway point of the season.

There are some factors to this out of his control. Such as Allen's elbow injury, the inconsistent running game eventually found in James Cook and the lack of a consistent true WR2. Something Diggs and the offense needs and want going into 2023.

But while Dorsey may be a talented coordinator but he's also been with the organization since 2019. It may not seem like a lot of time in the retrospect of it being four years.

However, that's four years of more of the same. Dorsey wouldn't be the first OC to get moved on from despite clear skills when the offense isn't elevating to the point it needs to be.

Earlier this month a similar situation occurred in Dallas with Kellen Moore. Having a top 10 offense isn't enough if the offense is failing to reach the desired end results.

If the Buffalo Bills continue this path on offense and don't at least make it back to an AFC Championship game, how much longer does Dorsey have with the organization?
