The Tennessee Titans have their starting quarterback for 2023 in all likelihood. It's Ryan Tannehill.

That being said, this season proved one major thing for their offense. They desperately need a capable backup QB in case Ryan Tannehill suffers another injury.

This year, rookie QB Malik Willis was not quite that yet. that shouldn't be too surprising. He was an extremely raw QB prospect coming out of Liberty, but his upside is clear.

Accordingly, they brought in veteran QB Josh Dobbs to man the ship at the end of the season to try to secure a playoff spot.

That didn't quite happen, but it wasn't all Dobbs' fault. In his time with the Titans, he played averagely.

It was truly just backup level quarterback play that kept the Titans in games, even if they didn't win them.

Dobbs was asked about potential return to the Titans.

Dobbs would clearly like another opportunity in Nashville, but he knows that it may not occur. After his performances for the Titans this year, he will likely have multiple options to join an NFL team.

It's unknown whether or not the Titans will have interest in bringing back the former Tennessee Vols QB.

There's no doubt that fans supported Dobbs big-time during his short stint with the two-tone blue.

A reunion could be in the works. Both sides could have interest during this off-season.

Dobbs is hungry for any chance to keep playing in the NFL.
