The Philadelphia Eagles have put in the hard work necessary to climb the NFL's mountaintop and reach Super Bowl LVII. Oftentimes, a team is a reflection of its head coach and nobody embraces the grind quite like Nick Sirianni.

Sirianni and his coaching staff, which is comprised of two highly sought after assistants in Jonathan Gannon and Shane Steichen, have a unique bond that contributes to the team’s success.

“It’s the camaraderie with the coaches,” Sirianni told reporters on Tuesday. “You’re tired together, you feel like your eyes are bleeding at times together. All our backs and necks are messed up because we’re sitting in these chairs looking at a computer screen. It’s the journey that you love.”

Through all of the distractions and interviews over the last few weeks, the Eagles’ coaching staff remains tightly knit. Gannon went as far as to commit to Philadelphia for the 2023 season after the NFC Championship Game win.

What makes this team incredibly likable is that it represents the foundational beliefs of the city it represents. Philly is a city full of hard-working blue collar individuals who aren’t going to run from the grind. Neither is its football time.

Sirianni has made a habit out of saying all of the right things in 2022. There is no wonder why his coordinators remain committed to his process iso that they can lift the Lomabrdi Trophy together in less than two weeks.
