The Philadelphia Eagles’ fanbase plays second fiddle to nobody. In front of a raucous home crowd, the Eagles delivered one of their best performances of the season, punching their ticket to the Super Bowl with Sunday’s win over the 49ers.

After the game, Eagles QB Jalen Hurts made sure to give Eagles Nation their due respect.

“We put a lot of work in to have this opportunity,” Hurts said in his postgame press conference. “This is a moment we want to enjoy as a team, reflecting on everything we’ve been able to overcome. To have this opportunity in front of us, we want to take advantage of it. The fans showed up, the energy, all of it. So, need to bring that to (Arizona).”

The last time the Eagles played in Arizona, fans showed in droves. Head coach Nick Sirianni went out of his way to complement the fanbase after his team downed the Arizona Cardinals in Week 5.

This time down will be a little different. The Birds will need every bit of noise from traveling fans in order to throw Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs off their game in what should be an explosive Super Bowl LVII.
