The Buffalo Bills proved victorious after securing a gutsy 34-31 victory over the Miami Dolphins.
While the game was ugly on all three facets, the Bills stuck around and ruined the cinderella story for Skylar Thompson.
With the victory, Josh Allen found a way to make NFL history once again.
There's a reason the Bills Mafia gets hyped for the playoffs and Josh Allen. Throughout his career, Allen has shined in the postseason.
Before the game, Allen was first in NFL history for the postseason with nearly superhuman performances.
While Allen had a few miscues that included a few head-scratching turnovers, the Bills were able to secure the victory thanks partly to Allen's dominant game.
The franchise quarterback finished his playoff victory with 352 yards and three touchdowns. Allen had some flashy plays and highlight-reel touchdowns that ultimately secured the win for Buffalo.
While the game may have been ugly, Allen said it best a few weeks ago. A win is a win is a win should be the sentiment in the locker room after what turned out to be a dogfight with the Miami Dolphins.
Allen further cemented his impressive legacy, tying multiple records throughout the performance.
Bills Mafia will be eagerly watching the rest of the postseason games to see who their opponent will be.
Luckily, with the two seed in hand, the Bills will be back in Orchard Park for their upcoming playoff game.
Live and die by Josh Allen, this game was yet another perfect example of the craziness that surrounds the rocket-armed quarterback.
Much like it's been for the past few games, this one is for number 3.
