Cincinnati Bengals offensive lineman Cody Ford is officially on the 53-man roster, and we know exactly how he reacted to the news.
Ford's significant other, Tianna Robillard, posted a TikTok documenting the clock striking 4:00 p.m. ET as the Bengals offensive lineman never received a phone call from the team, indicating that he made it through cuts.
It's rare to see how a player reacts to making it past the cutdown period, but we can tell Ford is a bit of an introvert. After all, he's been here before.
Ford, a former second-round pick of the Buffalo Bills back in 2019, went through a much different experience this time last year. The Bills traded him to the Arizona Cardinals a week before cutdown day, and the Cardinals placed him on Injured Reserve right before the start of the regular season.
Ford only spent one year in Arizona before signing with Cincinnati back in March, and now he's back to being healthy at the start of a new season. He projects to be a reserve guard for the Bengals along with Trey Hill.
