It's looking like Steelers-Bills is going to be quite the winter wonderland on Sunday afternoon.
A physical game built on who wants it more, the Steelers are hoping to be as healthy as possible.
Here's where they stand on that front after Thursday practice of Bills' week.
Steelers Injury Report, Wildcard Weekend, Thursday:
Observations:
- T.J. Watt: Watt was ruled out during Coach Tomlin's weekly presser on Tuesday, but Wednesday and Thursday's injury report solidified as much, with Watt as a nonparticipant. So while it hurts to say, don't hold your breath Steelers fans. Instead hope for a win and Watt's potentially shortened timetable at that point.
- Minkah Fitzpatrick: The Pro Bowler was back at practice in full capacity on Wednesday, adding to the optimism that Coach Tomlin spoke of regarding his availability against Buffalo. On Thursday, Fitzpatrick added another full-participation status and told reporters he would be good to go for Sunday.
- Isaac Seumalo: I wouldn't make too much of Seumalo missing Wednesday's practice, as he missed plenty of time with the shoulder-rest, which was backed up by a full participation on Thursday.
- Najee Harris: Harris returned in a full capacity on Thursday after missing Wednesday's practice.
- Elandon Roberts: Roberts returned in Week 18 from the pectoral injury and was a full participant on Thursday, lending credence to a second starght game back.
