Eval:
Hall will be coveted by teams thanks to his quick twitch, silky swim move and ability to win pass rush reps from an interior alignment. The fact that he is only 20 years old will lend credence to the idea that he can continue to develop physically while figuring out his true NFL position.
Teams will have questions about his utility early on though, and he will have to figure out what position suits him best, making the appropriate physical and stylistic changes along the way.
