Josh Allen left it all out on the field in the Buffalo Bills’ win over the New York Jets on Sunday. Almost literally. The quarterback took a hit to the nose during the game and went over to the sidelines with blood gushing from his nose. He was out for two plays, but returned to the field with a tissue in his nose to stop the bleeding.

And afterwards, his nose was black and blue and certainly had some swelling.

So, what did Spencer Brown think about Allen’s new look?

“It’s definitely bigger,” Brown joked. “Definitely bigger. He looks like (Joey) Bosa now.”

“He’s gonna be fine, he says he can breathe through it,” he added. “Looks cool, though.”

Brown’s answer was perfect, talking about Allen’s injury while also getting a fun jab in at his teammate.

Joey Bosa drops all-time quote on Josh Allen’s injury

Following Sunday’s win, Bosa took a moment to speak with  NFL Network’s Mike Garafolo and was asked about Allen’s injury. Specifically, the question was whether he was worried about the quarterback after seeing him rush to the sideline.

“Not at all,” Bosa said. “He’s an absolute beast. It’s funny, he’s like ‘All I need from you is one strip sack,’ and I went out there and got it at the end of the game, so I’m happy I was able to do something for him.”
