The New York Giants’ brutal start to the 2025 season continues against the red-hot Los Angeles Chargers in Week 4.
The Chargers are one of six undefeated teams remaining after three weeks, and have won impressively. While facing three straight divisional opponents, they’ve swept their way through the AFC West. Additionally, two of their wins came against stellar opponents, the Kansas City Chiefs and the Denver Broncos.
A driving force for the team’s success is their defensive dominance and the growth of star quarterback Justin Herbert. With a 6-1 TD-INT ratio, Herbert has been exceptional. He’s also completed over 66% of his passes and thrown for 860 yards.
This season, the Chargers are eighth in total yards allowed and fourth in points allowed. Ultimately, they’ll be the most balanced team the Giants have faced thus far.
For New York, they’re looking to stop their winless skid. Their 0-3 start to the 2025 season may extend further with the battle against the Chargers. The primary focus for Giants fans this week is whether rookie quarterback Jaxson Dart will take over for Russell Wilson and if another embarrassing loss triggers the firing of head coach Brian Daboll.
