The Voice uncovers fun facts about Reba McEntire and Michael Bublé’s Kansas City Chiefs fandom
Chiefs Kingdom keeps getting better and better!
As “The Voice” Season 28 kicks off, Snoop Dogg might have asked his fellow judges the most important question of all time… Do any of you love football and if so what is your favorite NFL team?
Country legend Reba McEntire didn’t miss a beat.
“Kansas City Chiefs,” she immediately responded.
“What?,” Snoop Dogg responded. “You know Patrick Mahomes?”
“Heck Yeah!,” McEntire stated. “I got to sing the anthem when they were at the Super Bowl.”
As for Michael Bublé, he grew up in Vancouver, Canada so his team was the Seattle Seahawks.
“I love the Seahawks. That’s what’s in my heart,” he explained. “But then I became really close friends with a guy named Eric Stonestreet, who’s a wonderful actor, and he brought me down to the camp, and dude, I met Breet Veach, the GM of the Chiefs, and we became really good friends.”
“I would go down there to camp, and I’d be chucking the ball with Mahomes and Travis and everybody. It was impossible for me not to fall in love with them,” Bublé continued.
So, in the infamous words of Snoop Dogg, that makes Bublé the “Bandwagon fan of the year!”
What Other Famous Celebrities Are Fans Of The Kansas City Chiefs?
The first and obvious answer is Taylor Swift, who became a big Chiefs fan when her love story with Travis Kelce first began during the 2023 season. And fast-forward to now, the two are engaged as Kelce is in his 13th year.
As Bublé mentioned, “Modern Family” star Eric Stonestreet, is also a massive fan.
“I’ve been a Chiefs fan through all of it, even when we weren’t as good as we are now,” Stonestreet told PEOPLE in 2022. “I’m dedicated.”
