The Tennessee Vols are still in the market for a transfer quarterback.

Tennessee recently hosted Arizona State transfer quarterback Sam Leavitt on a visit.

Leavitt, one of the top transfer quarterbacks still available, has also taken recent visits to LSU and Miami.

It’s unclear, at this point, which school will emerge as the favorite to land Leavitt. The Oregon Ducks could also still become a factor for Leavitt.

While awaiting a decision from Leavitt, the Vols hosted Missouri Tigers transfer quarterback Beau Pribula on a visit.

The Vols have also expressed interest in an FCS transfer quarterback who recently visited LSU.

Tennessee has shown some level of interest in Elon transfer quarterback Landen Clark

Elon transfer quarterback Landen Clark took a visit to LSU this weekend.

Clark, 6-foot, 186 pounds from Radford, VA, passed for 2,321 yards, 18 touchdowns, and eight interceptions in 2025. He also rushed for 614 yards and 11 touchdowns.

While discussing his visit to Baton Rouge with On3, Clark revealed that Tennessee is one of the programs that has shown interest in him.

“I want to make my decision by the end of the weekend. JMU, Kentucky, Michigan, LSU, and now Tennessee have all expressed interest in different ways,” said Clark to On3. “I’m just truly blessed that I’m being valued for my talent that I work so hard to perfect. So much to still learn, but I truly believe I’m the best player in any locker room.”

LSU is still in the mix for Leavitt. The Tigers are also hosting USC transfer quarterback Husan Longstreet on a visit this weekend.

Clark, though, could still land at LSU. The expectation is that he’d serve as depth and a potential future starting option for Lane Kiffin and the Tigers.

As for the Vols’ interest in Clark, it doesn’t appear that anything serious will materialize between the two sides. But it shows that Tennessee is leaving no stone unturned as it searches for a transfer quarterback to pair with rising redshirt freshman George MacIntyre and incoming five-star signee Faizon Brandon.

At this point, the Vols’ quarterback options appear to be Leavitt, Pribula, Joey Aguilar (if he gets another year of eligibility, which is up in the air), or a potential mystery quarterback who hasn’t yet emerged (and may not).
