7 former Tennessee Vols players have been invited to the 2026 NFL Scouting Combine
There will be an orange tint to the NFL Scouting combine this year.
The Tennessee Vols will be well represented at the 2026 NFL Scouting combine.
According to NFL.com, seven former Vols have been invited to this year’s combine ahead of the 2026 NFL Draft.
Wide receiver Chris Brazzell (2024-2025, started career at Tulane)
Defensive lineman Bryson Eason (2020-2025)
Defensive lineman Joshua Josephs (2022-2025)
Tight end Miles Kitselman (2024-2025, started career at Hutchinson Community College and Alabama)
Cornerback Jermod McCoy (2024-2025, started career at Oregon State)
Cornerback Colton Hood (2025, started career at Auburn and Colorado)
Safety Jakobe Thomas (2024, started career at Middle Tennessee State, finished career at Miami in 2025)
When does the NFL Scouting Combine take place?
The 2026 NFL Scouting Combine will take place in Indianapolis from February 23 through March 2. Coverage will air on the NFL Network.
McCoy and Hood are currently viewed as potential first round selections. If McCoy, who missed all of the 2025 season with a torn ACL, has a solid performance at the combine (which would erase questions about his health), he could jump into the top 10 conversation. Hood, meanwhile, could solidify his status as a first round pick with a strong performance in Indianapolis.
It’s a little tougher to predict where the other former Vols will be selected.
Brazzell could be a day two pick (second or third round) depending on his combine interviews and testing.
Josephs is expected to test well, and he had ideal size, so it’s not out of the question that he could jump into the second or third round.
Kitselman, Thomas, and Eason are likely day three picks, though nothing can be ruled out at this point.
The 2026 NFL Draft will take place in Pittsburgh from April 23 to April 25.
