After last season’s brutal late-season collapse, all eyes are on the Indianapolis Colts and how they maneuver a crucial offseason.

The team elected to bring back its leadership infrastructure, with general manager Chris Ballard and head coach Shane Steichen, but all signs point to this season being playoff-or-bust for the group’s future with the franchise. That makes this offseason the most important one to date for both Steichen and Ballard, and the expectation is that the team will create needed cap space to make bold moves.

The early slow period of the offseason is already behind us, and the NFL’s legal tampering period has arrived, which many view as the unofficial start to free agency, with the official start on March 11th just around the corner. Here at A to Z Sports Indianapolis, we will be tracking every move the Colts make in free agency, as well as following where the team’s in-house free agents sign if they elect to leave Indy in free agency.

Colts 2026 free agency signings

The Colts have some major in-house free agents they have been working to finalize, such as Daniel Jones and Alec Pierce, but now they can also speak to the rest of the league. Bidding wars are a dangerous place to be in free agency, but for the Colts to reach the goals they have set for themselves this offseason, they are likely going to be involved in multiple.

Whether that be to retain their own free agents or go out and pursue outside players that they believe would improve their roster ahead of the 2026 NFL Draft and next season. So without further ado, here is every signing the Colts have made to date.
