The son of a Tennessee Vols legend is planning to take a recruiting visit to Rocky Top later this week.

2028 three-star wide receiver Jazz Lewis tweeted that he’s set to take a visit to Tennessee on Thursday.

Jazz Lewis is the son of former Vols running back Jamal Lewis.

Jamal Lewis played at Tennessee from 1997 to 1999. He was a member of the Tennessee team that won the 1998 national championship, but he didn’t play against Florida State in the Fiesta Bowl after tearing his ACL earlier in the season (Lewis played in five games in 1998 before suffering the injury).

Jazz Lewis is still early in his recruitment

Jazz Lewis, 5-foot-10/175 pounds from Alpharetta, GA, is rated by Rivals as the No. 74 player in the state of Georgia.

According to Rivals, the younger Lewis holds offers from Wake Forest, Liberty, Memphis, Oregon State, UMass, Colorado State, and UNLV.

Jazz Lewis is a rising junior, so he still has some time before he has to make a decision. Tennessee will likely keep a close eye on his development as he plays against the stout competition in Georgia this fall.
