Final Los Angeles Rams 7-round 2026 NFL mock draft and UDFA projections locks the Rams in as Super Bowl favorites
With the 2026 NFL Draft finally upon us, one final mock draft for the Los Angeles Rams could solve their biggest needs and add some intriguing UDFAs.
The 2026 NFL Draft is just a few days away, and the Los Angeles Rams are primed for a pivotal draft class. For one final spin on A to Z Sports’ mock draft simulator, I took my best guess at what the Rams will do on draft day.
I tried to get the position right more so than player, as players are nearly impossible to predict as the draft goes on. Additionally, I also tacked on over 20 UDFA names to monitor at the end.
Let’s dive in.
Final Los Angeles Rams 7-round 2026 NFL Mock Draft
Round 1, Pick 21 * (via PIT): Denzel Boston, WR, Washington
To kickstart this Los Angeles Rams mock draft, let’s trade back. Les Snead wants to trade down from No. 13, and I believe him. The Steelers traded up to 13, sending picks 21, 76, and 121 to get it done.
I wrote about this fit over the weekend, and I can’t shake the fit of Denzel Boston to the Rams. He simply checks off too many of their recent areas of emphasis and team needs. After a trade down, he makes too much sense as their top target.
Round 2, Pick 61: Markel Bell, OT, Miami
I continue to see a lot of pushback on the Rams taking a tackle early. I would be moderately surprised if they did take one in the first round, despite their frequent meetings there. However, they should still take one in the first few rounds regardless. Both Warren McClendon and Alaric Jackson have outs this season and are replacement-level starters.
Bell is a mammoth human being at 6’9, 346 pounds with 36 3/8 inch arms. Despite that size, he has superb fluidity and he’s light on his feet. Bell has the ability to play left or right tackle, and I think the Rams could see him in a similar light to longtime stalwart Rob Havenstein.
Round 3, Pick 76* (via PIT): Kyle Louis, LB, Pitt
This pick continues to be a common one for me in every Los Angeles Rams mock draft. In fact, Kyle Louis is the player I am most confident the Rams will draft at some point this year.
The Rams met extensively with Louis and with other coverage linebackers in the draft. It’s only a matter of time before they add one, in my opinion. Louis gives them the coverage upside and pursuit speed they desperately need at the second level, and allows them some positional versatility on the back end with his linebacker/nickel/safety ability.
Round 3, Pick 93: Keyron Crawford, EDGE, Auburn
Sean McVay said just a few weeks ago that you can never have too much pass rush. With Byron Young’s potentially iffy contract situation incoming, the Rams could nip that in the bud with another high-upside pass rusher in Keyron Crawford.
Crawford’s athleticism and intangibles check off plenty of boxes for the Los Angeles Rams, and his versatile skill set will let Chris Shula stay creative up front.
Round 4, Pick 121* (via PIT): Nate Boerkircher, TE, Texas A&M
I’ve recently pushed back on the additions of Kenyon Sadiq and Eli Stowers I’ve seen linked to the Rams because of their skill sets not fitting with the Rams. Boerkircher, however, is a seamless fit in the offense.
He’s a rugged, physical blocker who can play in-line while also bringing the twitch and size to be a threat up the seams detached from the line of scrimmage. With Colby Parkinson and Davis Allen on the last year of their deals, the Rams need some long-term adds here.
Round 6, Pick 207: Avery Smith, CB, Toledo
I have a feeling the Rams aren’t quite done at cornerback, even after the additions of Trent McDuffie and Jaylen Watson. Smith has the inside-outside ability the Rams are emphasizing in pre-draft meetings, and he’s a smart, feisty corner who fits the Rams’ potential new scheme. He’s undersized, which is why he might fall. However, but the Rams have never cared about measurables.
Round 7, Pick 232: Caleb Douglas, WR, Texas Tech
The Los Angeles Rams have met with Caleb Douglas pre-draft, as well as his teammate in Reggie Virgil. There’s at least some interest here.
The Rams have been looking to add some size and speed, and Douglas’s 4.39 at 6’3, 206 pounds certainly qualifies. He’s raw, but has the traits the Rams are coveting, as well as the leadership intangibles and special teams background to make the roster.
Round 7, Pick 251: Garrett DiGiorgio, IOL, UCLA
I’d expect the Rams to try and improve their offensive line depth on Day 3. I’m really intrigued by DiGiorgio’s versatility. He has started at right tackle, right guard, and left tackle in college, and took snaps at center at the Shrine Bowl pre-draft.
The Rams need to improve their swing ability inside and push Justin Dedich there. DiGiorgio’s smart, physical play style make him an endearing depth prospect who can carve out a comfortable role on any offensive line.
Round 7, Pick 252: Jordan van den Berg, DT, Georgia Tech
I could see the Rams taking a defensive tackle earlier on than this pick. If they do, I’d be curious if they opt for more of a space-eating run stuffer or a boost to their pass rush. Here, however, I’d love to see them take a gamble on one of the most intriguing upside players in this class.
Jordan van den Berg is a former JUCO product with some jaw-dropping movement skills. He’s raw and late to football, but he’s a tremendous athlete who can collapse the pocket and stuff the run. His character and IQ have been raved about pre-draft, something the Rams would no doubt love. Let Giff Smith work with him.
