A former Tennessee Vols quarterback is set to join the ACC Network as a studio analyst this fall.

On Wednesday, the ACC Network, which is part of ESPN, announced that former Tennessee quarterback Nathan Peterman will serve as a studio analyst for the 2026 college football season.

Peterman, who spent the first three seasons of his college career at Tennessee, transferred to Pittsburgh for his final two seasons of eligibility (Peterman was a graduate transfer, back before the transfer portal was a thing).

“Peterman, who played collegiately in the ACC before an NFL career that included time with multiple franchises, will debut Aug. 29 and contribute Saturdays throughout the fall from ACCN’s Bristol studio, including appearances on ACC Huddle Final Score alongside Cuff, Love and College Football Hall of Famer Mark Richt,” the ACC Network said in a release.

Nathan Peterman embarked on a career as an agent earlier this year

Peterman spent parts of eight seasons in the NFL, making five career starts.

The Sports Business Journal reported earlier this year that Peterman was working to become a certified agent.

“I got to live through what I’m now getting tested on in the CBA,” said Peterman to The Sports Business Journal. “Being up and down on a roster, being put on IR, negotiating contracts. I hope I can help a younger person that’s on a similar journey.”
