Yes, there’s a long season ahead, but that early lead could be the type of thing that makes the difference later in the year. Even if you only hold that lead for a short time, the Broncos face a first-place schedule, and the Chargers have a gauntlet of their own. It will undoubtedly provide an advantage. Beyond that, it silences the noise around the 6-11 finish in 2025.
