Win, or go home.

The Buffalo Bills are in the middle of their Super Bowl window and it could be closing relatively soon. Another early exit from the playoffs has Bills Mafia begging for some big changes.

With the offseason well underway and the draft rapidly approaching, the front office has some difficult choices to make.

ESPN released a report of upcoming decisions that teams could make as it relates to the draft and free agency. Needless to say, what they said about the Bills should make every fan excited.

The article talks about a bold off-season move for all 32 NFL teams. For Buffalo, it's all about helping Josh Allen and Stefon Diggs. ESPN reported that Buffalo should move up in the draft for a top-tier wide receiver like Jordan Addison or Jaxon Smith-Njigba.

Even more surprising, the alternative was nabbing a sure-thing wide receiver in an AJ Brown-esque like trade on draft night. ESPN names two wide receivers that would immediately relieve Stefon Diggs from carrying too much of the load on offense.

The proven commodities ESPN highlights are veterans DeAndre Hopkins and Tee Higgins. The Arizona Cardinals are rumored to be shopping Hopkins and the asking price looks to be a second-round pick. The difficult part of that transaction would be the salary retention Buffalo would be on the hook for.

Brandon Beane, often called a wizard in the Bills community, will have to put on his magic hat in order to navigate the troubling cap situation. A few restructures could put the team in a much more favorable position, but that hasn't happened quite yet.

Less of a guarantee, but there have been reports swirling of a potential departure from the Cincinnati Bengals for Tee Higgins.

Either Hopkins or Higgins paired with Josh Allen and Stefon Diggs would be a nightmare matchup for any opposing defense.

Regardless, getting any sort of help for Josh Allen is paramount. You'd be hard-pressed to find a member of the Bills Mafia who doesn't agree that Allen needs help. Whether it's the offensive line or adding a veteran/rookie wide receiver, Josh Allen needs to be protected and equipped with weapons.

Buffalo very much feels like they're in a win-now mode. With the signing of Von Miller this past season, the Bills are looking to accomplish something the city has never experienced before: a Super Bowl victory.

Making a splash trade on draft night to either move up for a top talent or trade for a proven commodity would be sure to divide the Bills Mafia.

There's one thing you can't argue, though. Getting Josh Allen another weapon on offense is never a bad thing.

Brandon Beane and Sean McDermott have their work cut out for them.

Draft night can't come soon enough.
