Yes, you read that title right. The Mayor of Flavortown has partnered with the NFL to do a series of apparel and other items called Flavortown tackles football.
The idea is that each team will have it's own shirt that features the areas most known food item. So the Philadelphia Eagles got cheese steaks and the Baltimore Ravens got crab cakes. The Detroit Lions have an awesome pick that totally represents a Michigan favorite. Coney's! Here's the shirt.
It's beautiful in a really weird way. The only complaint is that the signature mustard and onions seem to be missing. That's ok though, I enjoy a good coney with cheese sometimes.
By the way, since we're on the matter, Lafayette has the best coney's in the world. If you choose American, you're wrong.
