It's been a tough week playing the waiting game for the Detroit Lions and left tackle Taylor Decker. The Lions veteran offensive lineman walked out of Arrowhead Stadium with a walking boot on Thursday. We learned Friday that we'll have to keep waiting.

Decker has already missed practice on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. We've yet to see if he hits the field on Friday or not, but we'll see very soon. Lions Head Coach Dan Campbell did give us an update on him Friday morning ahead of practice though.

"He's a little less than questionable." Campbell said. "We'll just see where he's at tomorrow. You know, he is getting better. So that's, that's all encouraging. I think there's a chance I think it's more of an outside shot."

If Taylor Decker returns to practice on Friday in a limited capacity, I'd say there's better chance he does play. If he doesn't, the Lions will be shifting around some guys to make up for his loss if he can't go Sunday. I thought they'd stick with what they have and just put Matt Nelson at left tackle, but that doesn't seem to be the move. Hey, sometimes you're wrong.

We'll see where things go with Decker as the rest of the day and weekend goes on, but this is definitely a good sign that he could play. We'll keep you updated.
