The Titans have caught a bit of backlash in the past few seasons over a lack of analytics point-of-view in their front office. Mike Moraitis discussed this in May of 2021 via Yahoo Sports.
"As teams in the NFL — and professional sports in general — continue to use analytics more and more in decision-making, it appears the Tennessee Titansmight be lagging behind this trend. New general manager Ran Carthon has a different mindset, though. Accordingly, expect the Titans to value analytics a bit more during his tenure. Bailey is a big step in that direction. She can be really important to their development and drafting process.
