Jordan Moore was signed by the Bengals as an undrafted free agent signing following the 2025 NFL Draft. He played four years of college football at Duke, and began as a quarterback before moving to wide receiver for his remaining three years. He ended up fifth in receiving touchdowns (21), seventh in receptions (177), and 10th in receiving yards (2352) in Duke football history.

Moore was with Cincinnati all of last offseason and was waived during final cuts. He signed on to the practice squad and stayed with the club for his entire rookie year.

Contract details

Moore signed a futures deal to remain with Cincinnati during the 2026 offseason. His contract, a one-year, $885,000 deal, is the minimum for a player with his level of experience. His cash figure and cap hit are both the $885,000 amount.

Roster outlook

Moore was one of a few receivers the Bengals signed after last year’s draft, and he’s the only one to still be on the roster a year later. It wasn’t a surprise to see him on the practice squad for all of last season. It wouldn’t shock anyone if he was back there this year. The potential usefulness of a wideout with a quarterback’s arm is definitely worth keeping in the building.

Any receiver not named Ja’Marr Chase, Tee Higgins, Andrei Iosivas, Charlie Jones, Mitchell Tinsley, or Colbie Young is going to have a tough time breaking through this season for Cincinnati. The odds are not in Moore’s favor, but they’re above 0% if a guy like Tinsley can ascend in one offseason like he did last year, it’s anyone’s game to beat the percentages.
