It's finally happened. The Detroit Lions have ended their 30 year long playoff win drought with a 24-23 win over Matthew Stafford and the Rams.

This game was not easy. The Lions got out to a lead and they never lost that lead, but they had a lot of trouble with Matthew Stafford and the Rams offense. But at the end of the day, they made the right stops when they needed to make them and the right plays on offense when they needed to. The Lions are headed to the divisional round where they host a second straight playoff game against either the Eagles or Buccaneers.

What a thirty years it was. The Lions had to deal with a lot of issues from the 0-16 season to horrible officiating. None of that matters anymore. The Lions can now take all those bad memories and horrible losses to the desert and bury them forever.

We'll see you next week, becasue after 30 years, there is a next week.
