If there was ever a week to go out and get a win, then it needs to be this week for the Las Vegas Raiders. If Josh McDaniels wants to keep his job, then he needs to find a way to win in Week 10.

A loss this week would look terrible, as the Indianapolis Colts are currently going through a coaching change. No, literally, they fired Frank Reich on Monday and hired Jeff Saturday as the interim head coach, a guy with no coaching experience outside of high school football.

Josh McDaniels was asked about the situation as a whole, as they get ready to prepare for Indy.

“I'll probably reserve my comments on that, relative to I'm not really sure exactly where we're at on preparation for the game in that regard yet or anything," McDaniels said.

"But I'm aware of that. Frank's a really good coach. He's a great person and he's done a lot of great things in our profession. So, I have a deep respect for him and what he does. It's always tough to hear that."

The game on Sunday is very important for both teams. If McDaniels loses to a less talented roster, and a coach that has no experience, I'm worried Raider Nation will riot.

This team is far too talented to lose to the Colts, with everything they have going on. Oh, and I didn't even mention the fact that they are in a quarterback debacle right now.

A loss can't happen.
