The Las Vegas Raiders made some moves to their practice squad on Wednesday.
According to the Raiders PR team on Twitter, they signed linebacker Malik Reed to the practice squad.
Malik Reed, a former Denver Bronco, has had a pretty successful career during his four years in the NFL so far but currently finds himself looking for a job. The Raiders could be a place he finds a home for the rest of the year despite signing with the practice squad.
Reed has started 36 games in his four-year career. He started his first three years with the Broncos and played 14 games for the Pittsburgh Steelers last season.
Reed has 16 sacks in his four-year career and is coming into a Raiders team that desperately needs help on defense and in the linebacker unit.
